How we handle your personal data.

Who is the data controller?

Dinrejsekonsulent.dk (CVR 20704284) is the data controller for the personal data you give us. You can always contact us at info@dinrejsekonsulent.dk or +45 5018 7575.

What data do we collect?

When you send an enquiry through our form or contact us, we process the information you give us yourself: name, email, phone number and details about your trip, such as dates, number of people, wishes for hotels, transport and experiences, and any special occasions.

Why do we process it?

We use the information to answer your enquiry, put together a travel proposal and – if you wish – book hotels, transport and excursions with our partners. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (preparing and performing an agreement with you) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Who do we share it with?

We only share the information needed to carry out your trip with the hotels, excursion operators and transport companies you choose to book. The information is also processed by our web hosting and email providers. We never sell your data.

How long do we keep it?

We keep the information for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and carry out your trip. Information that forms part of our accounts is kept for the period required by Danish bookkeeping law (5 years). After that it is deleted.

Cookies and fonts

Our website only uses necessary cookies, for example to remember your language choice. We do not use cookies for statistics or marketing. We count visits anonymously with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server – without cookies and without sharing data with anyone. Our fonts are stored on our own server, so no information is sent to Google when you visit the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, have it restricted and receive your data (data portability). Contact us at info@dinrejsekonsulent.dk.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk), or to the data protection authority in your own country.
